Day 1-4 of h2o2 therapy

Day 1-4

It was a little tricky to develop a schedule of eating and drinking to fit in three times when I was more than three hours after the least meal given that I have been a chain eater1 all my life.

I knew that if I don’t find a good and sustainable schedule, I will not do the program for 21 days, not even for a week.

This is what I came up with: get up in the morning, drink (one after the other) two installations of the h2o2 water… then a regular day, east last meal around 7~8-ish, and drink my third installment of the h2o2 water at bedtime… 11~12:30-ish.

This worked, except one time when a client woke me up and needed immediate attention, so while I was on the phone with her I made tea and had it… (considered a meal, grrr.)

Observations for day 1-4

My bathroom excretions were extremely stinky. #1 and #2. #1 was even stinkier than #2. Go figure.

After Day 4 I didn’t have to sit on the potty for too long to pee… I didn’t notice it until it was gone, that the past year or so I peed and nothing, and peed and nothing… as if there had been an obstruction, like a stone, a polip, a tumor… it seems to be gone.

Another observation: my skin cleared up.  I dunno… like no pimples, no peeling skin, no roughness. Why? Beats me… Maybe the h2o2 water?

  1. Chain eater: no real meal times, just snacking all day… []
