The best colon cleanser I know is from Dr. Richard Schulze, http://www.herbdoc.com I would do his whole colon cleansing regimen (1 week) Intestinal formula 1 and 2. Economical and works wonders.

I caution anyone who is in possession of 35% Food Grade H2O2 to use it with great care and never undiluted! If you swallow it straight you will probably die. Period.
Internally, mixed with distilled water (only) 3-25 drops are fine (start small and build up). Externally it would probably be best to put 1 oz. into 1 pint of water as mouth wash, hand wash, etc.
For skin conditions use the 3% solution to treat small areas. Dilute it still further for an after-the shower spray on the skin.
I recommend the book, The Truth About Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, available free in PDF at: http://www.FoodGrade-HydrogenPeroxide.com where there’s a lot of other information. I have compared the text with Madison Cavanaugh’s book, The One-Minute Cure and find it very similar.

I have already started oral H2O2 therapy as in the One-Minute Cure book by Cavanaugh.

Do you know a good colon cleanser? Does it work during H2O2 therapy? Thanks for your help!

My daughter suffers from psoriasis.. well she did, 4 months of drinking homemade kefir.. made with kefir grains and its all clear… well that is until she misses two weeks of her kefir again.. but if she does a flare up will clear in 4 days

Hello. I just joined this list (8-24-09). I have a dear friend with brain cancer. He is due home today after having his second brain operation to remove the second tumor. I have been searching for something that will cure this awful desease. H2O2 looks very good but I have several questions and don’t know where to get answers. I don’t want to blindly subject my friend to something that might do more harm than good.

My questions: Can H2O2 be used along with chemo and radiation? Can it be used safely with other meds? I have read both pro and con about H2O2. How can I be sure it will not be harmful in view of these conflicting reports? (I
have read the little book “The One Minute Cure”, and this all looks great but what proof is there that this will not be harmful? Please give me the straight skinny on this stuff.
